We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our dog treats. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.

 

Unused and unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and partially used or that have passed their expiration date.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

 

To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns form us with your order number. We may require additional information or photos to process your request. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible!
